Here is Willie, winner of the Lady’s Tea Fancy Hat Contest, and cohorts at another of the Sawdust Festivals.  The men were busy at the Chippin Contest – no, not cow chips but golf.  All this was part of the warm-up activities on Thursday before the festival even began on Friday.
